Today we had a spell your name workout challenge today that was sent in a email from Mrs Anderson . My name only had 4 letters so that meant i had to do 4 workouts,what i learnt from this task is how to get fit .This task was easy from the start until i reached the last letter of my name and it was y and the workout for y was crunches it was really hard getting up and down but i gave it a try when i didn't want to try at all but the one workout i liked was the 2 minute wall sit.
L- 2 minute wall sit
I- 30 jumping jacks
L- 2 minute wall sit
Y- crunches

ReplyDeleteWell done for completing this challenge. It is so important to keep active during lockdown so I have also been trying to keep fit and active. My least favourite exercise is burpees. Do you do these exercises everyday or was it just the one time for the challenge?
